"Helpful overall, but a bit dated"
I found it helpful overall, especially when I needed quick guidance, but some of the guides feel like they haven’t been updated in a while, like I’d be following along and then suddenly realize the screenshots or steps don’t quite match anymore

"I’ve been using Arduino.cc while trying to get..."
I’ve been using Arduino.cc while trying to get my head around basic electronics, and it’s actually been really helpful. Like, I’m not just copying random wiring diagrams anymore, I kind of understand what’s going on now. The tutorials are usually simple enough to follow, and the forum answers have saved me more than once. Sometimes I still get annoyed when a project doesn’t work for no obvious reason, but testing stuff on real boards is weirdly fun. Overall, it made learning electronics feel a lot less intimidating.

"Easy to Use, but the Lack of Follow-Up Was Frustrating"
Overall, it was easy to get through, but there were a few parts that felt confusing and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. What bothered me most was that nobody really followed up afterward, so I was left wondering if everything was actually handled or if I needed to do something else. A quick check-in or update would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

"Good gear, but I’d like less marketing and more real eco info"
I’ve had a good experience with arduino products overall. The boards I’ve bought have held up well, and I like using them. That said, I wish they were a lot more upfront about things like recycling, packaging, and how eco-friendly the boards actually are. I’m not really interested in vague sustainability wording that sounds like it came from a PR page, I’d rather see clear details and numbers. Hopefully they share more practical info on that side of things.

"I was able to find the Arduino…"
I was able to find the arduino boards and parts on arduino easily for the most part, but a few pages felt kind of crowded and I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to click next. The buying process worked out in the end, although checkout was a bit slow for me and the shipping details confused me at first. I did get my order confirmation, so everything seems fine, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest shopping experience.

"I’ve been using Arduino stuff for a few..."
I’ve been using Arduino stuff for a few years now, i still like how they keep coming out with useful new boards and tools. The newer products feel a lot more modern, but they’re still easy to pick up and start messing around with, which is a big reason I keep coming back.
That said, the docs can be scattered, and I really mean scattered. Sometimes I’m clicking around way too much just to find one simple thing, and it gets annoying fast. The info is usually there somewhere, but it’s not always where you expect it to be. Still, arduino.cc is one of the better places for testing ideas quickly, and it does feel like they actually care about makers and students.

"Pretty easy signup, login was fine"
In my experience, creating the account was quick and simple. Logging in took me one extra try, but after that it worked okay.

"Quick Shipping and No Hassle"
I ordered a couple of Arduino boards from arduino because I needed them without dealing with any shipping drama, it went better than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly after placing my order, and I liked that it kept updating the whole way so I wasn’t left wondering where my stuff was. The package showed up in good shape, with everything I ordered included and nothing damaged. For me, that’s really all I wanted: order the boards, get them on time, and not have to chase anything down. I’d order from them again if I need more parts

"Decent boards, but I felt a bit misled on value"
I’ve bought a few Arduino boards from arduino, and while the quality is definitely solid and the documentation is helpful, I kind of felt misled about the overall value. The pricing seemed fair at first, but they’re not always the cheapest option, and I only realized later that I could’ve found similar boards for less. That said, for learning and small projects, the official docs and reliability do save time, so I don’t regret it completely.

"Refund showed up, but the warranty part dragged on..."
I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine. The warranty process just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating... kind of felt like I was waiting around without much happening.

"I ordered from Arduino and everything showed..."
I ordered from Arduino and everything showed up exactly the way it was supposed to. I always kind of check the order piece by piece when it arrives, just to make sure nothing is missing or swapped out, and this one lined up perfectly. Shipping was fine too, so overall I’m happy with the whole thing.

"Works Great for Me"
I’ve had a really good experience with this so far. I’m not always the best at keeping up with things or reading instructions carefully, but this has worked great every single time I’ve used it.

"Easy to trust because it’s so open"
I really like how arduino keeps everything out in the open, the docs, the code, the community stuff, it’s all easy to find. It just feels transparent and genuinely community-first, not like some locked-down platform trying to keep you in one lane...

"So much easier than mixing random parts"
I’ve picked up a few boards and shields from arduino.cc, and the best part for me is how well everything works together. Compared to when I’ve tried using random cheaper parts from different places, Arduino just feels a lot less stressful. There are tons of boards, sensors, kits, docs, libraries, and forum posts, so I usually don’t feel stuck when I’m starting a new project. The prices aren’t always the lowest, but the ecosystem makes it worth it if you’d rather spend time building instead of double-checking compatibility for ages.

"Not gonna lie, I ordered straight from..."
Not gonna lie, I ordered straight from arduino.cc because I wanted to make sure I was getting the real thing. The board showed up as expected and works perfectly fine. I just trust them more than random sellers, honestly.

"Simple Setup and Smooth Uploads"
I’m really grateful for how easy this was to get set up. Uploading sketches was straightforward too, without much hassle at all. It made the whole process feel a lot less stressful

"Ugh, sold out again"
I really like Arduino products, but I got so frustrated when half the boards I wanted were out of stock again. I kept checking back and finally just went, “forget it,” and ordered from somewhere else.

"Helpful for school projects, just needs a little guidance at first"
I’ve been using arduino.cc with my class for basic electronics and coding projects, and overall it’s been a good experience. The boards and example projects are dependable, and the students get really excited when the lights, buttons, and sensors actually do what they’re supposed to do, which is reassuring when you’re trying to keep everyone engaged.

That said, it can feel like a lot in the beginning, especially for students who are brand new to wiring or setting things up on the computer. Some tutorials are simple enough, but I still find myself needing to walk them through the first steps and double-check connections. Once they get past that early confusion, it works well for school projects, but I wouldn’t call it completely plug and play.

"I was nervous at first, but the fees were straightforward"
I’ll admit I was a little worried about getting hit with random customs charges, but it ended up being fine. I paid the duties once, and that was it, no weird extra fees popping up later. Relieved, honestly.

"I paid with my card and it..."
I paid with my card and it went through right away, no hassle. The invoice popped up in my account, and I got it in my email quickly too. No weird extra steps, no confusion... just a simple checkout, and I could download the invoice later when I needed it.
